::My World:: The Tapah RoadTrip-Truly Asia::

The last Sunday in November, WE (Wan, Zura, Zakiah, S&S and Me) when for a little Wedding Roadtrip to Tapah, up North of Malaysia. The wedding of my sisters and her husbands best friend. Kira the rest of us yang pergi tu macam wedding crasher je. aahahahahha #laughing mode.

We left at 10.30 am, by highway straight to Tapah. It is only less than 2 hours drive but sebab sesat sesat carik the grooms house, we reach there around 2++. Hah, just in time for the makan beradab and what else, it was raining heavily. AGAIN, end of the year is not a good time to go on road trips. Monsun Season. With our heels trashed in the booth we switch on to our slippers, flip flops and you name it. Selekeh tu! But what to do, do not want to spoilt my latest Jimmy Choo.(WHo are you kidding, cuma kasut dari Vinci). So we thought we the paling selekeh la, but there were others!! ahahahah...The food was awesome. Since the groom was half Indian Half Malay=Mamak! We had idlis, putu mayams, vaades, teh tarik (OMG the best),the rendangs and the ayam gorengs was superb...or we were just hungry from the sesat sesat journey!.

We ate and left around 3++.Met the groom.Said thanks and was handed this beutiful Labu sayung. The authentic trademark of Perak Darul Ridzuan. We decided to head elsewhere since nak test kereta baru MCC 9071 ni.Some of the places listed-Cameron, Lata Iskandar, Lata Kinjang, Frase, Ipoh Mali but we choose someplace on the way home. TELUK INTAN to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa Malaysia...er...the Menara Condong la. Check this out!!

::Happy People on the roadtrip, some change into fresh outfits some still traditionally from the Wedding::

:: Pippa trying to take the camera, but the camera is in my hand you Camera Crasher ahaha::

::The Pride, Lening tower of Pisa Malaysia...not that leaning kot.ZM cant take this picture. She took it and the tower gone straight.Amazing kan ahahah::

::See that Pippa...can turn and pose...far end..Sarah being a personal photographer for ZM.Eh not that senget also kan??::

::Now its leaning, but look at that small godzilla walking..STomp!StoMp!StoMP!..::

::Under renovation, or maintenance...i also not sure..but the base yang x level kan..thats why its Leaning::

::Choosing the right path Home.::
So, we tried google-ing for some nice place to eat or some special delicacies in Teluk Intan. Browsing some blog which can recomend us where to stop and eat. We concluded.None found and none taken. The best is still Melaka. Maybe cause we had no Perak-ers with us. Felt like going to the shop under the trea in Ujong Pasir Melaka where you can find at least 20 different traditional kueh each day.Yummy kan!.Nevermind.ZM said "PANGKAH". Okay la, she is the Guru of Roadtrips. She is the navigator, the one who has done lot of research more than i could...So off hiway road (Off Road) trip back. Passing trough the small towns in Malaysia, enhancing my knowledge, my view and learning more about my beloved Malaysia.

To cut short  we pass Across Sg. Perak----> Bagan Datoh--->to the boarders into Sabak Bernam (Selangor) whe we found this stalls selling delicious Mangoes. We bought Mazola 3 rasa, which is Corn in a cup mixed with Planta, Mayo and Salt, Mangoes juices, Mangoes sweet and sour and my sister, azwan and ZM had some 'ke x puas hati-an' with one kakak at the mango stall..Tskkkk!!! I was left out cause both of my kids were sleeping ON me.
::Oh lala...She can take nice pictures but all in ZM's Camera::

::OKay this is the Kedai Buah, u see the kakak in the baju kurung and tudung..yerp thats the lady::

:: Forgot, Azwan bought Pisang 2 ikat for RM 2..amazingly Cheap::

After that we headed to Pantai Remis, Jeram Selangor for dinner. Again, we agreed that Crystal Bay Melaka is far off okay. We had some misunderstanding again with the people there. As usual, ZM when hungry is not Friendly. After the dinner we headed home as fast as we could cause Mimma and Atuk was at home and my dear husband just got back from his day at Work. The End.

Here i blog, the trip was amazing towards the end. We did not do lot of homework like our previous trips and the rain basically took our time in cars. Nothing 'tiba tiba' happen. So maybe next time we take the MAC or the WPX for a drive instead.

*MAC,WPX and MCC are car number plates for certain states in Malaysia.
