You might want to stay away from SKYNET COURIER SERVICE. The worst service I ever encounter. Not only they are not reliable, they lack of knowledge and not familiar with the area, rude and ridiculously slow. One thing else..sangat la Lazy to look up things related to their job.

My experience with SKYNET. I have always used Pos Laju or DHL for their service but since SKYNET came into the area and it was convenient (cause they have this counter really near the outlet), i decided to try. The biggest mistake ever. The item was to be sent to on  within the state itself. Only 50KM away and it took more than a week...i repeat MORE THAN A WEEK. 

Their reason, the address was not right and we did not provide the receiver's phone number. Well the item is a gift and our customer wanted no contact with the receiver so we put in our number instead. But screw you SKYNET. You did not even call us to say that you couldn't deliver on time or ask for the way to the address. You only ask us when we call you to ask why haven't the parcel arrive ON TIME. 1 or 2 days delay i would have tolerated. Just imagine if we did not call, you would have kept that item for yourself or maybe 2,3 months later deliver is it? Or were you waiting for us to call cause you are so damn lazy to do your job. I google the address and i could find it. How come of all people A COURIER SERVICE like you couldn't.don't u have any maps, or gps or just a PC for you delivery guys to check. Dont give me foolish reasons. 

Their customers service, huh...worst ever. First of all its not centralized. You call HQ and they check where is your parcel headed and they ask you to call that center. Dah la very rude, and dare you question me why i never ask the customer the phone number.YOU QUESTION ME??? Hello i am using your service.IF i want to give my moms number is also my PASAL wat??...My customer made it clear its a gift u moron!!!..I used post laju and dhl and they dun have any problem if i dun put in the person number. They always find a way to deliver. Never once they call me to ask where is this place. Imagine that. SKYNET ask me where is this place and how to get there. If i knew and i had the time would i use your service?? MALAS sangat!.

So at last we apologize to the customer and ask for the person contact number. SKYNET first had the nerve to ask us to ask the customer to come and pick up.So we got the contact number and SKYNET called the person up. The receiver said it was the right address but SKYNET  said to the customer. NO you have the wrong address we cant find that address. Ade ke..the customer is staying there. OF COURSE LA DIA TAHU ALAMAT DIA. Korang rasa korang JABATAN PERANCANGAN BANDAR ker????Yes we did loose our patience and we yelled. We don't normally  do that, how would not we loose it when your customer service are rude, not doing they job and questioning us as if we did not do our job!! Go for customer service skill training la....

When we ask for a refund and return item, they said they will return the item...but tengok la today or tommorow? Ade ke macam tu?...Ask for refund...x boleh. But why not, we use your service but you did not complete the task. We paid for the items to reach the customer but you did not do that. Cam tu senang la, amik x hantar, hantar balik and duit simpan...Menyampah. Never will i Use this service..very UNRELIABLE. Pakai normal post pun lagi laju!!!..

  1. Yesss correct correct correct Mia..Adik aku a.k.a SultanMizan pernah guna service skynet ni pos motor dr Trg to kl..janji 2ari leh smpai tp 2mggu baru sampai..aku ulang lagi skali 2mggu bru sampai...hahaha...menyirap lah baginda

  3. Hello Mia, I am also a frustrated customer of skynet. My vendor made a big mistake of using skynet when I asked her to specifically use pos laju. I have gone through the internet about skynet and it seems that you are not alone. In fact the complaints are too many that I have decided to do something about it. I will, with my very best effort try and put this issue on the headlines or hopefully a worthy article in our local newspaper. Please contact me, 0136036391.
