#MyFood-Sambal Cili Garam Fish

This time totally different. From appetite right to mood.Since some of the food that i want is from mom's kitchen and how mom's does it, jadi kenala masak sendiri..and sometimes the food that i want  is not agreeable by Mr Husband. So is like cooking so many dishes. Well this is what i wanted last Saturday-Fish Sambal Garam.


The easiest thing to cook...so i am gonna blogged down how..in case i happen to be at your house and i am craving for this...(alahai perasan).

Things u Need:
  • Fish, u can have either cencaru, or kembung, tenggiri yang dah potong keping.
  • 10- 12Chili. Depends..kalau nak banyak sambal banyak la cili.Banyak Ikan banyak la sambal.Ahai...
  • 1 Bawang Besar 
  • Garam Secukup rasa
  • Minyak Masak.
  • Kunyit
How to Cook it:
  1. Clean the fish. 
  2. Blender the chili with separuh sudu teh garam.Blender x payah hancur sangat.Ouh Ya Blender basah eh bukan kering.Tapi air x payah banyak sangat.
  3. Then ikan tu letak kunyit, and sapu sikit dari cili blender tu.Goreng the ikan.
  4. After ikan dah goreng keluarkan letak tepi.
  5. Panaskan minyak sikit, put in the bawang. 
  6. Rasa dah layu sikit bawang tu put in the rest of the cili blender.Tapi dulu, buang air air blender tu sikit.
  7. Tambah garam kalau perlu. Dah goreng garing sambal tu...tuang la atas ikan.
  8. TADAAAA...siap...
That day i bought 5 fishes which 2 of it i ate. 1 for husband and 2 for the daughters each one. ahahah...makan makan makan je kerja..
